Writing letters and other documents

RE: Event managers and others

Whenever you do need to write, or simply feel like writing, remember it may stay forever, no matter what the content is all about.

So, what makes the message come through?

Complex writing, complex references, and millions of words or a straight-forward language based on simplicity and common ground, or what?

If you really want to cover ground, make progress, I'd say simplicity comes first, no matter what.

Time Frame, Reports & Follow-up

When you run into difficulties your first choice should always be to try and find the answer to your question together with your fellow group members. Your second choice is to inquire with the other groups.

There’ll be a discussion and exchange of ideas later.
Your reports and samples must have reached me within reasonable time.
Do not hesitate to ask whenever you feel necessary!
